COVID-19 Shipping Notice
Regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic, shipments on packages may be heavily delayed due to restrictions on international flights out of Australia and border restrictions to certain countries. I will be contacting customers whose orders are from countries that have restricted international packages.
Additionally, I am unable to offer untracked shipping during this time and until further notice due to the amount of lost/heavily delayed packages. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.
When will my orders be shipped?
Any order processed before 9pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) from Monday to Thursday, will have items shipped within 1- 3 business days. I will most likely ship out your order the next day.
Orders placed on Friday to Sunday, will have items shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
International Orders:
All international orders will be shipped with tracking. I am NOT offering untracked shipping at this stage.
If your item is marked as delivered, and you have not received it yet, please contact your local post office prior to contacting me.
International orders may arrive between 10-30 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR UK BUYERS!
Unfortunately, due the new UK VAT rules and BREXIT law changes, I am unable to offer shipping to the UK as I am currently unable to handle the fees and taxes on my store. If you’d like, I can create a private listing with your order details on my ETSY ONLY. Please message me if you have any questions.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Australian Domestic Orders:
All orders will be shipped via regular post (untracked large letter stamped mail). Automatic tracking will apply to any orders at the $10.00 or more shipping rate.
Shipping times will vary between 3-14 business days.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Change of mind:
I DO NOT accept refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns and Exchanges
Please read item descriptions carefully as I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any reason especially if you have an incorrect item expectation. I.e. if you’ve ordered a C-Grade pin and are expecting A-Grade quality. All possible defects/imperfections are listed in the product descriptions.
EXCEPTIONS will only be made if you have received the wrong item (forgive me, I’m only human!).

Incorrect Shipping address/Return to Sender
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. PLEASE ensure all details are correct upon checkout. Please contact me if you have entered the wrong incorrect address as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, unfortunately I won’t be able to offer a refund.
Buyers are responsible for any fees applicable if your item has been returned to sender. I will be able to reship your order, however you will need to pay the shipping fee again. If you would like a refund instead, I will not be able to refund the shipping fee.
Refunds
Refunds will be determined upon specific circumstances. Please do not hesitate to contact me at thegeekerymail@gmail.com if you are unsure within 14 days of receiving your order.
PIN GRADING SYSTEM
No pin is perfect! Imperfections will vary between each pin and most are only noticeable in some angles and different lighting. Pins will be chosen at random. Each pin, depending on the grade will exhibit one or more issues as indicated below. As every pin maker grades differently, all imperfections are judged at my discretion. Upon purchasing a pin, you agree to accept the product according to the below grading system:
A GRADE/STANDARD:
♠ Very minor under fill in enamel
♠ Some/barely noticeable air bubbles/dust in enamel
♠ Light scuffs, scratches and marks on enamel or metal
SECONDS/B GRADE:
♠ Noticeable under fill in enamel in one or multiple areas
♠ Multiple air bubbles in enamel
♠ Missing metal lines
♠ Noticeable scuffs, marks, dust and scratches on enamel or metal
♠ Noticeable chips in enamel
♠ Slight metal tarnish
C GRADE:
♠ Large and extremely noticeable under fill in enamel in one or multiple areas
♠ Multiple air bubbles in enamel
♠ Large areas of missing metal lines
♠ Very noticeable scuffs, marks, dust and scratches on enamel or metal
♠ Very noticeable chips in enamel
♠ Metal tarnish
